As Director of Elevated Experiences for The Suzy Kopp Team, Britt brings heart, creativity, and intentional connection to every touchpoint of the client and agent journey. With seven years of experience in real estate and a decade supporting the launch and growth of a regional mortgage company, she brings a unique blend of industry knowledge, marketing support, and relationship-building to the team.

After taking a 10-year sabbatical to focus on raising her family, Britt returned to real estate with renewed purpose and passion—now specializing in customer experience, event planning, team engagement, and thoughtful gifting. She is known for creating moments that make people feel valued, celebrating wins both big and small, and ensuring no detail is overlooked.

Outside of the office, Britt is a proud wife to a devoted sports fanatic, mom to a teen and preteen, stepmom to one in college, and mom to two fur babies. When she’s not juggling life as a dance mom or cheering from the sidelines, she loves crafting, reading, and spending time on the water.
